医学形态学整合实验课程体系的构建与实施效果
Construction and practice of an integrated experimental curriculum system of medical morphology
摘要实践教学是保证和提高医学人才培养质量的重要环节和必要手段.为了实现教育部、原卫生部提出的“卓越医生教育培养计划”的培养目标,大连医科大学进行了临床医学专业五年制和七年制医学形态学整合实验课程模式的构建与实践.以器官为中心,以疾病为主导,以病例为主线,进行解剖学、组织学和病理学等相关实验课程纵向和横向的整合,建立医学形态学整合实验课程模式,实施综合性实验、应用性实验、微型以问题为基础学习教学,创新设计性实验和医学科学前沿课题讲座,注重多元化考核方法.建立网络教学平台,构建以学生为中心的教学模式.此课程模式有助于基础医学与临床实践的结合,培养学生自主学习能力、实践能力和科研创新能力,为探索建立“5+3”临床医学人才培养模式,深化长学制临床医学教育改革奠定了基础.

abstractsPractical teaching is an important link and necessary means to ensure and improve the quality of medical talent education.In order to follow through and carry out the training objectives of " excellent doctor education training program" implemented by Ministry of Education and Former Ministry of Health,the experimental courses of anatomy,histology,pathology,and other correlative courses have been integrated vertically and horizontally to construct an integrated organ-oriented,disease-guided,and patient-directcd cxperimental curriculum of medical morphology.Sequentially,student-oriented teaching models like comprehensive experiment,application experiment,mini-problem-based-learning (miniPBL),innovative design experiments,lectures on frontiers of medical science,and diversified assessments have been developed.Student-oriented teaching models like PBL and network teaching platform were established.This new developing curriculum model is helpful for students to relate what they learned in the basic sciences with clinical medicine,gain clinical thinking competence,lifelong skills of self-directed learning,innovative thinking,and ability of scientific research and practice.And the results may lay the foundation to explore and establish a "5 + 3" clinical medical talent training model,deepen the clinical medicine education reform of eight-year-system,and cultivate tiptop innovative medical talents.
