摘要住院医师规范化培训是促进医学发展和实施人才战略的重要环节,如何提高住院医师的培训质量是一个不可忽视的重要课题.目前,我国住院医师培训方式仍然存在许多问题.本文结合某三级甲等医院住院医师规范化培训的实践,探讨了住院医师规范化培训方式和内容的创新与改革.实施丰富教学活动的研讨式学习和病房实践与教学门诊相衔接的实践式教学的培训模式,对于推进住院医师规范化培训工作的发展、培养高素质的医学人才具有重要意义.
