摘要本文从卫生保健、医学教育2个方面介绍了南非的背景情况,对南非继续医学教育的特点进行了评析:①医生参加继续医学教育的立法保证;②专门的继续医学教育组织机构;③继续医学教育实行学分制;④分级的继续教育活动类型;⑤对继续医学教育活动和主办单位进行认证;⑥南非医学会为医生完成继续医学教育要求提供便利.通过对南非继续医学教育制度特点的研究,既有助于增进对南非继续医学教育的了解,填补相关研究的空白,又结合我国国情,合理借鉴南非继续医学教育的有益经验,少走弯路,启示我国继续医学教育的未来发展.
