摘要本文简要介绍了美国医师执照临床能力考核的发展历程、现状和特点,通过对其组织管理、内容设置、方法和形式、评价方法等构成关键要素的探究,分析其优点和不足,从真实性、系统性和客观性方面进行了归纳.在借鉴和参考美国先进经验和做法的基础上,结合全球医学教育最基本要求,在整合考试大纲分类、调整临床实践能力考查内容分布、增加人文医学内容考查比例、建立科学考试评价指标量表等方面,提出了改进我国医师资格实践技能考试评价指标体系的建议.

abstractsThis paper briefly introduces the American psychotherapy clinical ability development course,present situation and characteristics of evaluation.Based on the organization and management,content,methods and forms,evaluation methods,such as elaborates the composition key element,it is to analyze its advantages and disadvantages,from the three aspects of authenticity,systemic and objective.Based on the US advanced experience and the essential requirements of global medical education it puts forward the suggestions to improve the examination outline classification,adjust the clinical practice ability examination content distribution,increase the proportion of medical humanities content examination and establish a scientific examination evaluation scale.
