摘要目的 调研分析影响农村订单定向医学生定向基层职业意愿相关因素,提出提高农村订单定向医学生职业意愿的对策.方法 通过对九江学院农村订单定向医学生及相关学生的问卷调查和访谈,了解农村订单定向医学生定向基层职业意愿的变化及其影响因素.结果 在农村订单定向医学生培养过程中,学生入学后因为招生就业政策、院校培养教育、职业环境与后续职业发展等影响,其定向职业意愿在不断弱化,严重影响了学生学习的积极性和主动性,制约了国家农村免费医学生培养政策的实施效果,不利于城乡基层卫生人才队伍的建设.结论 提高农村订单定向医学生农村定向职业意愿,必须从完善政府招生就业政策、强化院校针对性教育培养、提高城乡基层卫生机构全科医生社会地位和保障职业发展前景等方面,加以系统优化.

abstractsObjective To investigate and analyze the related factors that affect the career intention of rural-oriented tuition-waived medical students (RTMS) and put forward countermeasures to improve RTMS' s career intention.Methods The changes and influencing factors of RTMS' s career intention were investigated through structured questionnaire and in-depth interviews.Results RTMS' s career intention decreased as grade increased after understanding Enrollment,employment policy,institutions of higher learning,education,career environment and subsequent career development which seriously restricted students' learning enthusiasm and initiative,restricting the implementation of national rural free medical student training policy effect and the construction of urban and rural grassroots health personnel.Conclusions System optimization for enhancing m RTMS' s career intention are as follows:improving government enrollment and employment policies,strengthening college education,promoting general practitioners' social status and occupation protection in rural and urban grassroots health institutions.
