摘要成人医学教育是“全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会”的重要依托.在当今互联网时代背景下,成人医学教育面临着转型与创新的现实吁求.然而,目前存在的观念滞后、质量低下、结构失调、体制僵化等问题阻碍着成人医学教育的发展.在互联网时代,成人医学教育应当坚持“以人为本”的理念,坚持网络教育与传统教育有机结合的特色发展道路.

abstractsAdult continuing education is an important support of the learning society which the people will learn or even pursue life-long education.Under today's internet era,adult medical education is facing the transformation and innovation of practical appeal.However,there are some problems which block the development of adult medical education such as idea lag,the rigid system etc.Adult medical education should adhere to the "people-oriented" concept,insist on the path of characteristics with organic combination of network education and traditional education development.
