摘要本文阐释了多源评估反馈的内涵及意义,重点介绍了其在住院医师规范化培训中的应用.文章以美国毕业后医学教育认证委员会提出的"六大核心能力"为基础,分析了住院医师培训体系中纳入及实施多源评估反馈的策略、步骤、注意事项及局限性;同时指出,设计完善、科学执行和闭环反馈将增加多源评估反馈结果的可信度,最大地发挥评估作用.

abstractsThe paper has thoroughly illustrated the definition, content and significance of multi-source assessment and feedback (MSAF) and introduced with emphasis its application to standardized resident training.Based on the concept of "six core abilities" raised by the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education, this paper analyzed in detail the strategies, procedures, precautions and limits of MSAF employed and incorporated into standardized resident training system.Meanwhile, it has been suggested that well-designed, scientifically administered MSAF with closed-loop feedback would enhance its result validity and maximize its value.
