摘要本研究采用文本分析法对31所临床医学博士专业学位授权单位的培养目标与要求进行分析,并提出思考和建议,为专业学位研究生教育综合改革工作提供参考.有关院校应当加强政策解读,提高培养目标与要求的适应性;依据人才定位,促进培养目标与要求的特色化;细化具体条目,确保培养目标与要求的可操作性.

abstractsThis study used text analy method to analyze the training objective and requirements of 31 clinical doctor degree professional authorization units, and to provide references for the comprehensive reform of professional degree graduate education. The research found that colleges and universities should strengthen policy interpretation and improve the adaptability of training objectives and requirements, enhance the characteristics of training objectives and requirements according to talent orientation, and refine specific items, strive for the maneuverabiliby of training objectives and requirements.
