摘要为提升公共卫生领域复合型人才的综合素质，保障高质量传染病防控人才队伍储备，2022年5月中山大学公共卫生学院面向全院研究生开设传染病动力学传播模型入门课程。本课程采取理论讲授与实践应用相结合的形式，以选修课程形式从应用角度培养研究生传染病数学建模能力，取得了良好的教学效果，学生总体满意度较高。本文对该课程的设计、实施、教学效果等进行了介绍，旨在为传染病动力学传播模型课程建设提供参考。

abstractsIn order to promote the comprehensive quality of inter-disciplinary talents in the field of public health and to ensure a high-quality talent pool for infectious disease prevention and control, the School of Public Health of Sun Yat-sen University has developed a new course " Introduction to Infectious Disease Dynamics Transmission Model" for all master and doctoral students since May 2022. This course was delivered in the form of a combination of theoretical lectures and practical applications, which was a practical exploration in the form of an elective course to develop postgraduates′ mathematical modelling skills in infectious diseases from an applied perspective. The teaching effect was good, the overall satisfaction was high. This manuscript introduces the design, implementation, and teaching effectiveness of this course, aiming to inform the construction of the infectious disease dynamics transmission model course.
