摘要伴随新科技革命而来的第四代医学教育引发了医学教育范式改革。本文回顾了三代医学教育改革的发展历程，剖析了第四代医学教育的内涵和以健康为中心、以跨界、交叉、融合和人工智能赋能的特征，提出了面对第四代医学教育，医学教育工作者应当积极应对变化，重新构建医学教育机制与模式，调整课程体系、更新课程内容、完善评价方法，在理念和行动上积极接纳、拥抱第四代医学教育，构建新科技革命背景下的医学教育新范式，培养胜任健康中国战略的高素质医学人才。

abstractsThe fourth-generation medical education, accompanying the new technological revolution, triggers a paradigm shift in medical education. This article reviews the development process of three generations of medical education reform, analyzes the connotations and characteristics of the fourth-generation medical education which is centered on health, interdisciplinary, integrated, and empowered by artificial intelligence. It suggests that facing the fourth-generation medical education, medical educators should actively respond to changes, reconstruct the mechanisms and models of medical education, adjust curricula, update course content, improve evaluation methods, and positively accept and embrace the fourth-generation medical education both in mindset and action. The aim is to establish a new paradigm for medical education under the backdrop of the new technological revolution and cultivate high-quality talents competent for the Healthy China strategy.
