摘要磁共振成像(MRI)技术是一种无创性生物自旋成像技术,具有软组织高分辨率、任意断面成像、无电离辐射等特点.90年代,国外学者将这一技术应用于眼外肌学的研究,发现了眼外直肌的眶层,提出了"滑车"眼球运动模型.MRI的应用对眼外肌解剖、眼球运动、斜视的病因、诊断及鉴别诊断等具有重要的临床指导价值.就MRI在特殊类型斜视中的应用研究进行综述.
