摘要目的:探讨高度近视眼的有效手术矫治方法。 方法:用超声乳化手术对30例（40眼）高度近视患者摘除晶状体，同时植入软性人工晶状体(3.5mm切口组，26眼)，或硬性人工晶状体(5mm切口组，14眼)，有目的地控制术后的屈光状态。结果:40眼术后四周平均裸眼视力0.5±0.28，平均矫正视力为0.75±0.30，3.5mm切口组术后角膜散光的增加无统计学意义(P>0.05）,而5mm切口组术后比术前增加了0.63D（P<0.01），并发症主要为切口水肿和角膜混浊，无严重的并发症。结论：近期效果表明，高度近视眼白内障的早期以超声乳化手术摘除其晶状体同时植入人工晶状体，能矫正其高度近视的屈光状态，并能较理想地控制术后的屈光水平，预测性较好，术后视力明显改善，而且无严重的并发症，可以作为治疗高度近视眼的一种手术方法。

abstractsObjective：To discuss an effective surgical treatment for high myopia.Methods：Lenses of 30cases(40eyes) with high myopia were removed by phacoemlcification with the incision of 3.5mm and 5mm and were implanted by intraocular lens.Results：The average visual acuity of 40 eyes was 0.5±0.28 and the average corrected visual acuity was 0.75±0.30 four weeks after operation. The cornea astigmatisms post-operative in 3.5mm incision group shows no statistical significance. 0.63D average astigmatism in 5 mm incision group was found. The average spherical equivalent diopter after operation was -1.34±0.54D. The main postoperative complication was the leakage of incision and cornea edema. No serious complication was found postoperatively in tow groups.Conclusion：Removal of lens by phaco and IOL simultaneous implantation in high myopia patient may decrease their degree of myopia with good prediction, better vision and no serious complication. It is an effective, safe surgery for high myopia.
