不同波动深度教室灯对人眼视觉质量的影响
The impact of classroom lamp with different fluctuation depth on human visual quality
摘要目的 通过比较4种波动深度照明环境下,被检者完成90 min用眼任务前后视功能指标的变化,探索视觉疲劳与人眼波前像差之间的对应关系.方法 实验研究.健康成年人85例,分成4组进行5%、15%、30%、50%[分别为5%组(20例)、15%组(22例)、30%组(23例)、50%组(20例)]不同波动深度照明环境下阅读和工作绩效,利用波前像差仪采集用眼任务前后的调制传递函数(MTF)、高阶像差等.采用单因素方差分析进行数据分析.结果 MTF在50%波动深度环境下变化量最大,与5%组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在4组测试条件下,3~7阶像差仅有5阶像差各组间差异存在统计学意义(F=2.222,P<0.05);在50%波动深度照明环境下,完成任务前后垂直彗差变化量为正值,与5%组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05).主观视疲劳评分显示,50%波动深度环境下评分最高.结论 50%波动深度环境下人眼主观疲劳感最强,MTF指标变化明显,认为MTF能有效反映人眼的视觉质量下降情况.

abstractsObjective To compare the difference among changes of the visual quality index that before and after 90 minutes of visual task under four kinds of fluctuation depth lighting environment,to find relationship between visual fatigue and human wave-front aberration.Methods In this research study,85 adults divided into four groups [5%(20 cases),15%(22 cases),30%(23 cases) and 50%(20 cases) fluctuation depth lighting environment] to underwent visual task,the changes of modulation transfer function (MTF),higher order aberrations before and after the visual task were calculated and recorded.Data were analyzed using ANOVA.Results Under 50% fluctuation depth lighting environment,the change of MTF before and after visual task was maximum,visual fatigue degree was highest,and the difference was significant compare with 5% group (P<0.05).The differences of changes of 5th aberration before and afer visual task among the 4 groups were significant (F=2.222,P<0.05).After visual task under 50% fluctuation depth,vertical coma aberration increased,the difference of change before and after visual task were significant compare with 5% group (P<0.05).Visual fatigue score of 50% group were highest.Conclusion Under 50% fluctuation depth lighting environment,visual fatigue score is highest;MTF changes obviously,so we guess MTF may could reflex human visual fatigue status.
