摘要近年来，微小角膜缘干细胞移植术（SLET）因其取材少、无需体外培养、疗效优得到了越来越多学者的关注，有望成为角膜缘干细胞缺乏的理想术式，然而在国内仅有少数医院进行了初步尝试。笔者从手术操作步骤、分类、临床应用、作用机制等方面对SLET在国内外的发展现状进行总结，为中国学者进一步开展SLET提供理论指导。

abstractsOver the last decade, simple limbal epithelial transplantation (SLET) has attracted more and more attention of scholars due to its small amount of harvest, no need for vitro-culture, and its excellent clinical efficacy. It is expected to become an ideal procedure for limbal stem cell deficiency. However, only a few hospitals in China have performed it. This paper reviewed the developments of SLET at home and abroad from the aspects of surgical procedures, classification, clinical application, mechanism of action, which provides the theoretical guidance for Chinese scholars to further carry out clinical research on SLET.
