摘要卡痛是一种原产于东南亚的新精神活性物质，在东南亚的特殊药用价值和欧美地区滥用的危害性一直受到关注。近年来我国已经出现卡痛滥用现象，亟需提高对卡痛的认识，加强对其使用的监管。本文总结了卡痛在国内外的使用现状，就其活性成分、药理作用、不良反应和成瘾性研究进展进行了综述，分析了卡痛的管制现状，并就我国如何加强管制提出建议。

abstractsKratom is a new psychoactive substance originating from Southeast Asia, and its special medicinal value in Southeast Asia and the harm of abuse in Europe and America have always been a concern. In recent years, the abuse of kratom has occurred in China. It is urgent to improve the understanding of Kratom and strengthen the supervision of its use. This paper summarizes the current situation of Kratom application at home and abroad, reviews the research progress of its active ingredients, pharmacological effects, adverse reactions and addiction, analyzes the regulatory situation of Kratom, and puts forward suggestions on how to strengthen the regulation in China.
