摘要Colorectal cancer(CRC),the third most commonly diagnosed malignancy worldwide,is associated with a high mortality rate[1].Current blood-based detection of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA)lacks sufficient sensitivity and specificity for early CRC diagnosis,often resulting in detection at advanced stages[2].Metabolomics-driven differential metabolite profiling offers insights into CRC pathogenesis and may facilitate the discovery of novel clinical biomarkers[3].
