摘要Schizophrenia is a severe and chronic psychiatric disorder with a lifetime prevalence of approximately 0.7％-1％worldwide[1].Ari-piprazole is widely used for schizophrenia treatment,and known as a dopamine system stabilizer due to its partial agonist activity as the dopamine-2(D2)and serotonin 5-hydroxytryptamine 1A(5-HT1A)receptors,as well as antagonist action at the 5-HT2A receptors[2].
