换一批摘要目的 探讨眼眶骨折继发慢性泪囊炎的治疗方法.方法 64眼眶骨折继发慢性泪囊炎根据术中不同表现分别行泪囊鼻腔吻合术及泪囊摘除术.结果 除3例行泪囊摘除术外,其余61例泪道冲洗均通畅.结论 不同类型的眼眶骨折继发的慢性泪囊炎经手术治疗均可取得良好的治疗效果.

abstractsObjective To discuss the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis caused by blow-out fracturo.Methods The 64 patients of chronic dacryocystitis caused by blow-out fracture were treated with different operations,dacryocystorhinostomy or dacryocystectomy was selected according to the clinical manifesation.Results Lacrimal passages of 61 patients was unobsturced besides of the 3 patients who received dacryecystectomy.Conclusion Different type of chronic dacryocystitis caused by blow-out fracture can be effectively treated by operation.
