摘要目的 观察分析睫状体平坦部及其附近磁性异物的摘出.方法 回顾性分析位于睫状体平坦部附近的磁性异物20例(20眼).结果 CT扫描及X线定位确诊20例眼内磁性异物位于睫状体平坦部及其附近,其中19例进行经巩膜的异物摘出术,1例因伴有玻璃体浑浊而进行玻璃体切除眼内异物摘出联合手术.一次异物摘出成功率为100%.术后视力较术前提高者占90.00%.结论 对睫状体平坦部及其附近磁性异物,传统经巩膜的异物摘出手术是一种简单、安全、有效和经济的治疗方案.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the efficacy of surgery of extracting magnetic foreign body at or near pars plana via the pars plana with magnet, and to assess the clinical prognosis of visual acuity. Methods Twenty patients with magnetic foreign body near the pars plana were retrospectively analyzed. Result All of 20 patients were identified magnetic foreign body near the pars plana with CT and methods of X-ray localization with lead ring. Eighteen of them performed extracting magnetic foreign body via the sclera with magnet. Two of them received vitrectomy combined extracting magnetic foreign body because of vitreous opacification. All magnetic foreign bodies were extracted in the first surgery. And 95% patients had improved visual acuity. Conclusion It is a simple, safe, efficient and economic surgery to extract the magnetic foreign body via the sclera with magnet in patients without opacification of refracting media.
