摘要目的 探讨氢氟酸眼部烧伤的治疗方法.方法 观察15例(28眼)氢氟酸烧伤后经生理盐水冲洗、前房穿刺、自家血结膜下注射、自体血清滴眼及抗感染等治疗后的视力情况及并发症.结果 随访6～24个月,患眼无红、肿等刺激症状,病情稳定,28眼角膜均留有不同程度的瘢痕性浑浊,其中角膜白斑8眼,角膜薄翳20眼,并发白内障6眼,影响视力的主要原因是角膜浑浊,治愈后视力手动～0.1者3眼,0.2 ～0.3者4眼,0.4 ～0.6者5眼,0.7～0.8者12眼,0.9～1.5者4眼.结论 氢氟酸眼部烧伤后积极处理,能保留较好的视功能.

abstractsObjective To investigate the treatment for eyes burned by hydrofluoric acid.Methods 15 cases( 28 eyes) with hydrofluoric acid bum were enrolled in the study.Treatments included irrigation,paracentesis,subconjunctival autoserum,autoserous eyedrop and anti-infection.Vision and complications were recorded.Results Follow-up period was 6 - 24 months.No irrigating symptoms were observed.28 eyes had cloudy corneas,8 of which are leukoma and 20 of which are nebula.Complicated cataract was found in 6 eyes.Main reason for blurred vision is corneal opacity.Posttreatment visions were band movement to -0.1 in 3 eyes,0.2-0.3 in4 eyes,0.4-0.6in5 eyes,0.7-0.8 in 12 eyes and0.9-1.5 in4 eyes.Conclusion It could retain good visual function through active treatment for eyes burned by hydrofluoric acid.
