摘要目的 探讨改良横“V”法联合重睑成形术治疗内眦赘皮的临床疗效.方法 对单睑合并内眦赘皮的240例480眼实行改良横“V”法处理内眦赘皮,松解切口处错位的轮匝肌,泪阜完全暴露及内眦赘皮完全矫正后对位缝合皮肤,并同期行重睑成形术.结果 随访2个月～4年,术后睑裂较前均明显开大,内眦赘皮完全矫正,内眦切口隐匿于重睑线内,外观上无皮肤瘢痕,内眦及重睑形态美观自然.结论 采用改良横“V”法联合重睑成形术治疗单睑合并内眦赘皮,可个性化矫正内眦赘皮,有效开大睑裂,并使内眦皮肤达到无痕愈合,手术效果好,安全实用.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of correction of epicanthus with transverse “V” plasty and double-lid blepharoplasty.Methods Two hundred and forty cases (480 eyes) with single eyelid combined epicanthus were treated with transverse “V” plasty for the epicanthus,released the dislocation of the orbicularis muscle,the lacrimal caruncel completely exposed and the epicanthus fully corrected position then sutured the skin,and formed the double-lid blepharoplasty in one stage.Results All 240 cases followed up for 2months to 4 years,the level of palpebral fissure were significantly higher than before,the epicanthus were completely corrected and no scar formationed,the appearance of inner canthal and eyelid were nature.Conclusion This is a safe and practical operative procedure,and can corrected epicanthus personally,opened palpebral fissure effectively,with no obvious scar formed.
