摘要目的 评价男性眼睑皮肤缺损,采用阴茎皮肤游离皮片移植术修复整形,恢复眼睑功能和容貌的效果.方法 自2003年1月至2011年8月,男性眼睑皮肤缺损32例,切取自体阴茎皮肤,制成相应植床大小的游离皮片,如不足植床面积再辅以睑周围皮瓣修复整形.结果 32例术后观察6 ～ 24个月,眼睑功能和容貌基本恢复.结论 采用阴茎皮肤游离皮片移植术,可有效治疗眼睑皮肤缺损,效果良好.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the effects of dermatoplasty of dissociative prepuce in the management of male blepharocoloboma patients to restore eyelid function and appearance.Methods 32 male blepharocoloboma patients were involved from January 2003 to August 2011.The autogenous penile free skin graft was cut off and made corresponding bed size,if insufficient,the skin flap around the eyelid was used to repair and restore the blepharocoloboma.Results 32 patients recovered basic eyelid function and appearance in the follow up of 6 ～ 24 months.Conclusion Dermatoplasty of dissociative prepuce is effective in the treatment of male blepharocoloboma.
