摘要目的 探讨老年性白内障手法小切口手术的效果.方法 对582例(582眼)单纯无其它并发症的老年性白内障手法小切口手术术中、术后并发症及视力恢复情况进行观察分析.结果 术后3个月视力恢复在0.5 ～0.6者占29.72％,≥0.7占68.72％.结论 老年性白内障手法小切口手术治疗具有简便、快捷、对眼球扰动小等优点.术前各项检查应充分,加强与患者的沟通,减少并发症的出现,以减少术后低视力的产生.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the effect of manual small incision cataract surgery for age-related cataract.Methods An analysis was done on 582 cases (582 eyes) of age-related cataract with no others complications.The intraoperative and postoper-ative complications and the postoperative vision were observed.Results Postoperatively,173 eyes (29.72％) regained the vision of 0.5-0.6,and 400 eyes (68.72％) regained the vision of 0.7 or better at 3 months after surgery.Conclusion Manual small incision cataract surgery is a simple and effective method to cure age-related cataract.Detailed preoperative preparation and effective communication with patients can lower the incidence of surgical complications and postoperative low vision.
