摘要目的 探讨严重爆裂性眶下壁骨折治疗中移位组织的复位固定方法.方法 自行研制了简易眶下壁骨折复位固定器.此固定器手术方法简单,采用上颌窦根治术入路.治疗眶下壁骨折9例.结果 所有患者骨折均复位,组织嵌颊消除,复视消失或减轻,眼球内陷≤2 mm.结论 简易眶下壁骨折复位固定器对爆裂性眶下壁骨折的治疗效果良好.

abstractsObjective To investigate how to effectively reposit and fix the displaced tissues of severe blow-out orbital floor fracture.Methods The self-developed fracture reduction fixators were applied to nine cases of orbital floor fracture by maxillary sinus route.Results The operation method was simple,and the good curative effects were obtained in all patients,such as fracture reduction,no tissue incarceration,diplopia eliminated or even disappeared,enophthalmos less than 2 mm.Conclusion The self-developed fracture reduction fixator is a reasonable and effective approach in the treatment of severe blow-out orbital floor fracture.
