摘要目的 探讨手法小切口白内障手术的手术技巧、效果及影响因素.方法 321例(356眼)手法小切口白内障手术联合人工晶状体植入术,观察视力恢复情况及并发症的情况.结果 术后视力恢复良好,最佳矫正视力,术后1周≥0.6者182眼(51.1％);术后1月≥0.6者248眼(69.7％);术后半年≥0.6者为288眼(80.9％),术中、术后并发症很少.结论 手法小切口白内障手术是有效、安全、经济的白内障手术方法.

abstractsObjective To analyse the efficacy of manual small incision cataract surgery for senile cataract.Methods 356 eyes of 321 cases of senile cataract were treated by manual small incision cataract surgery combined with intraoclar lens implantation.The visual acuity and surgical complications were observed.Results The corrected visual acuities of ≥0.6 were found in 182 eyes(51.1％) 1 week after surgery,in 248 eyes (69.7％) 1 month after surgery,and in 288 eyes (80.9％) 6 months after surgery.There were few complications during or after operation.Conclusion Manual small incision cataract surgery is an efficacious and safe approach for senile cataract.
