摘要目的 探索上睑松弛切开法矫正术后出现重睑线内外眦部出现分叉的原因及预防措施.方法 根据上睑松弛患者上睑的解剖学特点,在切开法重睑手术中,分离松解并酌情去除内外眦部位下垂松弛的眼轮匝肌组织,使重睑线内眦部弧度自然,外眦部自然上翘,避免产生内外眦部分叉的外观.结果 本组共68例(136眼),术后随访3～24个月,均未出现内外眦部重睑线分叉现象,重睑线弧度自然,眼部的整体效果得到明显改善.结论 分离松解并酌情去除内外眦部眼轮匝肌,重新形成重睑线,是解决上睑松弛矫正术后内外眦鱼尾外观的关键.

abstractsObjective To investigate the causes and prevention of lid crease furcation after correction procedure of upper blepharochalasis.Methods According to the anatomy of the aging upper eyelid,the sagging musculus orbicularis oculi above the medial and lateral canthus was removed,delaminated and brisemented in the correction procedure of upper blepharochalasis by incision method to make the upper eyelid crease natural radian above the medial canthus and mild upswept above the lateral canthus and to avoid furcation.Results After 3 to 36 months follow-up,all the cases in this group acquired satisfactory shapes whithout furcation.Conclusion The key to prevent furcation of lid crease after correction procedure of upper blepharochalasis is removing,delaminating and brisementing the sagging musculus orbicularis oculi above the medial and lateral canthus.
