摘要目的 比较并分析非球面可调节IOL与普通非球面IOL植入术后早中期的临床效果差异.方法 双眼老年性白内障行超声乳化IOL植入术45例(60只眼),随机分为两组,A组植入非球面可调节IOL,20例(30只眼);B组植入普通非球面IOL,25例(30只眼),观察两组术后1个月和6个月的裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力、裸眼近视力、最佳矫正近视力、伪调节力及6个月时的对比敏感度.结果 随访期间,两组患者的裸眼远视力、最佳矫正远视力及最佳矫正近视力差异均无统计学意义(P＞0.05);裸眼近视力两组比较各时期差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).术后伪调节力1个月时A组为(1.33 ±0.26)D,B组为(0.75 ±0.25)D;6个月时A组为(1.53 ±0.21)D,B组为(0.5±0.25)D;各期两组比较差异均有统计学意义.6个月时视远对比敏感度两组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),但视近时在6c.d-1和12c.d-1空间频率对比敏感度两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 非球面可调节IOL可以使白内障患者术后早期获得良好的裸眼远、近视力,提高患者视远、视近时的对比敏感度,获得良好的视觉质量.

abstractsObjective To compare and analyze the clinical outcomes of two types of intraocular lens (IOL) implantation in early and intermediate-term.Methods A total 60 eyes of 45 age-related cataract patients were treated with phacoemulsification and IOL implantation.All patients were randomly divided into two groups:group A,aspherical accommodative Tetraflex HD IOL group,30 eyes of 20 cases; and group B,aspherical conventional AQUA-SENSE PAL IOL grou,30 eyes of 25 cases.The uncorrected and best corrected distance visual acuity (UCDVA and BCDVA),uncorrected and best corrected near visual acuity (UCNVA and BCNVA),and pseudophakic accommodation were observed 1 month and 6 months postoperatively,and contrast sensitivity was analysed 6 months postoperatively.Results There were no statistically significant differences in UCDVA,BCDVA and DCNVA between the two groups at 1 and 6 months after surgery (P ＞ 0.05) ; while there was statistically significant difference in UCNVA (P ＜ 0.05).The pseudophakic accommodation were (1.33 ± 0.26) D in group A and (0.75 ± 0.25) D in group B at 1 month after surgery,and were (1.53 ±0.21) D in group A and (0.5 ±0.25) D in group B at 6 months after surgery.The differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After 6 months,the contrast sensitivity of distance vision had no statistically significant differences (P ＞ 0.05) but the contrast sensitivity of near vision had statistically significant differences at 6c · d-1 and 12c · d-1 (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Aspheric accommodative Tetraflex HD IOL provides with good distance and near vision for cataract patients after surgery and improves contrast sensitivity and visual quality.
