摘要目的 观察超声乳化手术中应用分层劈核法(chop)联合钻核法(drill)处理硬核白内障的临床效果.方法 32例(32只眼)晶状体核硬度为Ⅳ级的硬核白内障实施超声乳化手术应用改良的分层劈核联合钻核技术,术后1d、1周、1个月、3个月观察裸眼视力、角膜内皮细胞密度、角膜水肿程度等临床指标.结果 术后裸眼视力均较术前有了明显提高,所有患者术中无一例发生后囊破裂,术后一过性角膜水肿均完全恢复.结论 超声乳化手术中应用分层劈核法联合钻核法治疗硬核白内障安全有效.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of chop and drill technique in phacoemulsification for hard nuclear cataract.Methods The improved phacoemulsification with chop and drill technique was performed on 32 eyes of 32 patients with hard nuclear cataract.The uncorrected distance visual acuity,corneal endothelial density and corneal edema degree were observed 1 day,1 week,1 month,and 3 months after surgery.Results Thirty two eyes of 32 patients achieved much better uncorrected distance visual acuity,and no posterior capsule rupture occurred.Transient corneal edema recoverd transparent 1 week after the surgery.Conclusion Stratified chop combined with drill technique in phacoemulsification is a safe and effective method for hard nuclear cataract.
