摘要目的 讨论摩托车后架橡胶捆绑带的金属钩反弹致眼外伤的发病情况、临床特点及防治.方法 对32例(32眼)的性别、年龄、受伤情况等数据进行统计分析.结果 32例均为男性,年龄16 ～ 50岁.右眼11例,左眼21例,眼部受伤表现达15种以上,致盲率达50.00％.结论 摩托车后架橡胶捆绑带钩反弹所致的眼外伤是严重的,预后差,应加强安全知识宣传及防治.

abstractsObjective To investigate the clinical characteristics,prevention and treatment of ocular trauma induced by hook of motorcycle rubber binding belt.Methods The clinical data,such as age,gender and trauma types,of 32 eyes of 32 cases were retrospectively.Results All of 32 patients were male which ranging in age from 16 to 50 years old and including 11 right and 21 left eyes.There were 15 types of clinic presentation of ocular trauma.The occoecatio ratio was 50％.Conclusion The ocular trauma induced by hook of motorcycle rubber binding belt is serious,and the visual prognosis is poor.Preventive knowledge and security propaganda about it should be reinforced.
