摘要目的 探讨翼状胬肉逆行撕除联合角膜缘干细胞自体移植对复发性翼状胬肉的治疗效果.方法 39例(43眼)复发性翼状胬肉,采用逆行撕除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植的手术方法.术后随访6月至2年,观察治疗效果.结果 在观察随访期内,3眼复发,复发率6.98％.并发症:2眼在手术区出现小囊肿,1眼在结膜供区有小肉芽增生,均经手术治愈.结论 逆行撕除联合角膜缘干细胞自体移植明显降低了复发性翼状胬肉的再复发,且并发症轻,较其它术式有明显优势.

abstractsObjective To investigate the efficacy of retrograde avulsion with limbal stem cell autografting for recurrent pterygium.Methods Forty-three eyes of thirty-nine cases with recurrent pterygium recieved retrograde avulsion operation combined with limbal stem cell autografting.They were followed up for 6 months to 2 years,and the effect of treatment was observed.Results During the follow-up period,pterygium recurred in 3 eyes and the recurrent rate was 6.98％.The complications included small cysts in the operation area in 2 eyes,and small conjunctival granulation in 1 eye,which were excised subsequently.Conclusion Retrograde avulsion with limbal stem cell autografting could significantly reduce the recurrence of pterygium,and has less complication,which has obvious advantages compared with other operations.
