摘要目的 探讨眼内异物患者手术感染危险因素及预防对策.方法 分析2012年6月至2014年5月住院的246例(246只眼)眼内异物摘出手术感染的危险因素,并据之提出预防对策.结果 246例(246只眼)眼内异物摘出手术中2例(0.81％)发生眼内感染.结论 手术者手消毒不到位、手术中无菌技术操作不规范、未严格执行手术室人员限入制度、诊断或手术不及时、患者自身基础疾病,以及机体抵抗力下降等是引起眼内异物手术感染的重要因素.早期明确诊断、准确异物定位、尽早进行手术、严密控制手术环境、严格无菌操作等能有效防止眼内异物患者手术感染的发生.

abstractsObjective To investigate postoperative infection risk factors after intraocular foreign body extraction and to discus its countermeasures of prevention.Methods Totally 246 eyes of 246 cases who underwent intraocular foreign body removal surgery were reviewed retrospectively, which were in patient department cases from June 2012 to May 2014.The risk factors and preventive measures of postoperative infection were analyzed.Results Postoperative infection occurred in 2 cases of 246 cases (246 eyes).Conclusion The risk factors of postoperative infection included unenough hand disinfection of surgeon staffs, unstandardized aseptic technique, unstrictly access limitation to operating room, diagnosis, untimely surgery, underlying disease and the decreased patient's body resistance.The early diagnosis, accurate location of foreign body, early operation, strict surgical environment, and aseptic manipulation are the effective ways to prevent postoperative infection in patients with intraocular foreign body.
