摘要目的：观察白内障手术后干眼发生情况。方法对白内障52例(63眼)晶状体超声乳化人工晶体植入术后进行眼部检查,对比手术前术后视觉功能、泪膜破裂时间和泪液分泌试验检查情况。结果白内障手术后可获得良好的视功能,但术后患者眼痛加重,术后van Bijsterveld评分较术前增加,0.88±0.97对0.46±0.12,t=63,P=0.03。术后泪膜破裂时间较术前缩短(5.83±2.17)s对(9.88±0.27)s,t=63,P=0.02。术后泪液分泌试验Ⅰ结果较术前缩少,(5.96±2.64)mm对(9.86±5.59)mm,t=63,P=0.02。结论白内障手术后干眼症状和体征明显,术后应及时采取治疗措施。

abstractsObjective To observe the occurrence of dry eye after the cataract surgery. Methods Ocular examination was performed on 63 eyes of 52 patients with cataract surgery. The preoperative and postoperative visual acuity,tear film break-up time (BUT) and the Schirmer testⅠ inspection (ST1) were recorded, and the data were compared. Results Cataract patients could obtain good visual acuity after the surgery, but the eye pain aggravated. Van Bijsterveld average score ( 1. 88 ± 0. 97 ) was significantly increased compared with preoperative score (0.46 ±0.12)(t=63,P=0.03). The postoperative BUT was (5.83 ±2. 17) s, which was shorter than the preoperative one (9. 88 ± 4. 27) s (t =63,P =0. 01). The schirmer testⅠ(STⅠ) was reducd to (5. 96 ± 2. 64)mm compared with preoperative one (9. 86 ± 5. 59) mm(t=63,P=0. 02). Conclusion After the cataract surgery, dry eye symptoms and signs are commonly occured, and timely postoperative treatment should be taken.
