摘要目的 评价非内界膜剥离的玻璃体视网膜手术治疗高度近视黄斑孔视网膜脱离的效果.方法 回顾性分析2012年6月至2014年10月在我院收治的高度近视黄斑孔视网膜脱离行玻璃体视网膜手术联合硅油填充11例(12只眼).手术采用传统玻璃体切除术,术中曲安奈德辅助下剥离视网膜前膜样组织,眼内填充硅油,均未剥离内界膜,术后患者保持面向下位至少2周.随访1～10个月,观察视网膜复位情况、黄斑孔闭合情况及术后视力.结果 所有患者均获视网膜解剖复位,黄斑孔闭合3只眼.术后视力提高11只眼,另1只眼保持术前视力.结论 非内界膜剥离的玻璃体视网膜手术联合硅油填充是治疗高度近视黄斑孔视网膜脱离的一种安全且损伤轻微的治疗方法.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the efficacy of vitreoretinal surgery without internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling for retinal detachment with macular hole and high myopia.Methods A total of 12 eyes of 11 patients of retinal detachment with macular hole and high myopia were analyzed retrospectively.They underwent vitreoretinal surgery from June 2012 to October 2014.The pars plana vitrectomy combined with silicon oil tamponade was performed without internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling,and epiretinal membrane was peeled with Triamcinolone acetonide assistance during the.surgery.After the surgery,the patients were kept face down position at least for 2 weeks.The follow-up time was 1 to 10 months.The condition of retina,macular hole and the visual acuity were observed.Results The retina was reattached in all the 12 eyes.The visual acuity improved in 11 eyes and remained unchanged in 1 eye.The macular of hole closed in 3 eyes.Conclusion The vitreoretinal surgery without ILM peeling combined with silicon oil tamponade is a minimally invasive and safe technique for retinal detachment with macular hole and high myopia.
