摘要目的：探讨眼睑整形手术并发症的手术修复方式和效果。方法回顾性分析手术修复眼睑整形手术并发症96例(135眼)，测量术前、术后双眼眼裂宽度差、高度差、眼睑外翻的程度。观察手术修复后效果。结果眼睑整形手术并发症有上下睑外翻、上下睑瘢痕显露、两侧不对称、眼周瘢痕挛缩导致内外眦方向的改变、上睑下垂、血肿、复视、感染和眼裂缩小等。主要原因为：上下睑缘无可靠牵引，一旦出现纵行张力，容易形成睑球分离或眼睑外翻。经手术整复后的双眼眼形恢复正常，双侧眼裂宽度及长度的差距缩小或完全对称，眼睑外翻全部纠正。结论减少纵行张力及给予眼睑边缘支撑等方法，可有效纠正眼睑整形术的并发症。

abstractsObjective To investigate the repair method and effect of treatment for complication of eye lid plastic operative. Methods The clinical data of 135 eyes of 96 patients with eye lid plastic operative complication was analyzed retrospectively. The preoperative and postoperative width difference and height difference of binocular palpebral fissure and the degree of ectropion were measured. The reparative effect of the operation was observed. Results The common complication were upper and lower eyelid ectropion and scar explore , asymmetry , inner and outer canthus direction due to eye scar contracture, ptosis, hematoma, diplopia, infection and the small fission etc. The main cause of complication was upper and lower eyelid without a reliable stretch, it was easily lead to symblepharon or ectropion if there was longitudinal tension. The eyes after reconstructive operation went back to nomal. The diffrence of bilateral palpebral length and width became small. All patients of ectropion were corrected. Conclusion The eye operative complication is corrected effectively by reducing the longitudinal tension and giving the support of eyelid edge.
