摘要目的 分析青少年外伤性锯齿缘断离视网膜脱离的手术效果.方法 自2010年至2014年收治青少年外伤性锯齿缘断离视网膜脱离29例(29眼),均行巩膜扣带术,观察术后眼底及眼压情况.结果 29眼中27眼于1～7d视网膜完全复位.另2眼视网膜未复位,行玻璃体切除术后视网膜复位好.结论 对于青少年这一特殊群体,巩膜外手术可作为治疗外伤性锯齿缘断离视网膜脱离的首选.

abstractsObjective To analyze the efficacy of scleral buckling for retinal detachment with traumatic dialysis of ora serrata in young persons.Methods The data of 29 eys of 29 cases of retinal detachment with traumatic dialysis of ora serrata in young persons was collected from 2010 to 2014.All cases underwent scleral buckling surgery.After operation,the fundus and intraocular pressure changes were observed.Results The retinal reattachment occurred in 27 cases at 1-7 days after operation.And in other 2 cases,their retinal redetachment occurred after further virectomy.Conclusion In the special group of young persons,scleral buckling operation should be the first choice for retinal detachment with traumatic dialysis of ora serrata.
