摘要目的 观察药物联合结膜瓣遮盖术治疗顽固性细菌性角膜溃疡的临床效果.方法 收集顽固性细菌性角膜溃疡56例(56眼),抗生素全身及局部应用后行球结膜瓣遮盖术,术后继续抗生素等应用,随访1个月.结果 本组56例角膜炎症均得以有效控制,角膜溃疡愈合,症状消退,视力不同程度提高.结论 药物治疗联合结膜瓣遮盖术治疗顽固性细菌性角膜溃疡效果肯定.

abstractsObjective To observe the clinical efficacy of conjunctival flap covering for the treatment of intractable bacterial corneal ulcer.Methods Fifty-six eyes of 56 cases of intractable bacterial corneal ulcer were enrolled.After systemic and local application of antibiotics,they underwent conjunctival flap covering operation.The follow-up time was 1 month.Results All patients with keratitis were effectively controlled.Corneal ulcer healed,symptoms decreased and visual acuity improved.Conclusion Drug therapy combined with bulbar conjunctival flap covering for the treatment of intractable bacterial corneal ulcer has a certain effect.
