摘要目的 比较外伤性泪小管断裂Ⅰ期吻合术联合硅胶支撑管两种置管方式的临床疗效.方法 78例(78眼)泪小管断裂随机分为两组,A组30例采用单路置管术,B组48例采用双路置管术.术后随访6 ～12个月,观察治疗效果及下泪点外翻和撕裂情况.结果 A组治愈21例,好转6例,未愈3例,出现下泪小点外翻6例,下泪点撕裂4例;B组治愈43例,好转4例,未愈1例,出现下泪小点外翻1例,下泪点撕裂0例;A组与B组治愈率与泪点外翻及泪点撕裂率差异均有统计学意义(x2=4.808,5.227,4.284;P=0.028,0.022,0.039).结论 泪小管断裂吻合术采用双路置管治愈率明显高于单路置管,并且可降低泪点外翻和撕裂的发生率.

abstractsObjective To compare clinical efficacy of canalicular laceration anastomosis combineded with two routes intubation with silicone stent for traumatic canalicular lacerations.Methods Seventy-eighteyes of 78 patients with traumatic canalicular lacerations were divided into two groups,group A including 30 cases received single route intubation,and the group B including 48 cases underwent double route intubation.The followed up time was 6-12 months.The efficacy and the rate of punctal ectropion or tear were observed after operation.Results In group A,21 cases were cured,6 cases were improved,3 cases wasn't cured,and 6 cases occurred punctal ectropion,4 cases occurred punctal tear.In group B,43 cases were cured,4 cases were improved,1 case was not cured,and 1 case occurred punctal ectropion,no case happened punctual tear.The difference in cure rate,punctal ectropion or tear occurrence between group A and group B were statistically significant (x2 =4.808,5.227,4.284;P =0.028,0.022,0.039).Conclusion The rate of curation of lacerated canalicular anastomosis through double route with silicone sent is higher than single route,and with lower rate of punctal ectropion and tear.
