摘要目的 观察自体带蒂角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效.方法 100例(100眼)复发性翼状胬肉行带蒂角膜缘干细胞移植术,术后随访6~18个月,回顾性分析观察术后患者自觉症状,角膜愈合情况及复发率.结果 随访期间6例再次复发,复发率为6.00%,94例术后未见明显的炎症反应、组织粘连或复发.结论 复发的胬肉组织切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植植片植床略大于常规面积,降低复发率.

abstractsObjective To observe the clinical efficacy of pedicled limbal stem cell autograft transplantation for the treatment of recurrent pterygium.Methods One hundred eyes of 100 patients with recurrent pterygium underwent pedicled limbal stem cell autograft transplantation.Postoperative symptoms,corneal healing and recurrence rate were analyzed retrospectively.The follow-up time was 6-18 months after surgery.Results During the follow-up period,6 cases (6%) were recurred;94 cases were cured without obvious inflammatory response,tissue adhesion and recurrence.Conclusion The graft and the graft bed of recurrent pterygium excision combined with correal limbal stem cell transplantation are more than routine area.It can decrease recurrence rate.
