摘要目的 探讨改良的翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术的疗效.方法 96例(100只眼)翼状胬肉在手术显微镜下剖切分离球结膜与病变组织,切除胬肉并做广泛的变性眼球筋膜切除,然后将同眼颞上方带有角膜缘上皮的结膜瓣采用连续锁边缝合法移植到原胬肉处的巩膜表面.术后随访3～ 24个月,观察术后创面修复、移植片存活及胬肉复发等情况.结果 术后角膜创面平整,修复较快,移植片均存活,5只眼复发,复发率为5.0％.结论 改良的翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植术可有效治疗翼状胬肉,降低术后复发率.

abstractsObjective To investigate the efficacy of improved pterygium excision with limbal stem cell transplantation.Methods Total of 100 eyes of 96 cases of pterygium were operated under microscope,the conjunctiva over the pterygium was separated,the pterygium was excised,and the generated Tenon's capsule was widely resected.The temposuperior bulbar conjunctiva with limbalstem cells of ipsilateral eye was transplanted on the exposed sclera with lockstitch continuous sutures.All patients were followed up for 3-24 months.The postoperative wound repairing and graft surviving situations,and the recurrence of pterygium were observed.Results The corneal wound was smooth,repaired well.All grafts were survival.Five eyes relapsed,and the relapse rate was 5.0％.Conclusion Improved terygium excision with limbal stem cell transplantation is effective in the treatment of pterygium,with lower recurrence rate after operation.
