准分子上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术矫正人工晶状体植入术后屈光不正
The efficacy of laser epithelial keratomileusis for the treatment of ametropia after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation
摘要目的 探讨准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)矫正白内障人工晶状体植人术后屈光不正的有效性及安全性.方法 对人工晶状体植入随访1年的静止性屈光不正31例(55眼)行LASEK矫正.术后观察视力、屈光状态、角膜地形图、眼压、角膜上皮及haze.随访时间6个月以上.结果 术后50眼达到预期矫正屈光度(90.91%),其中6眼有意保留部分球镜度外,余者残留球镜、轴镜均在±0.75 D以内;47眼裸眼视力≥0.6(85.45%).达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力,并且其中39眼为0.8~1.0(70.91%);8眼视力0.4~0.5(依患者要求良好近距视力而设计).结论 LASEK矫治白内障摘出人工晶状体植人术后屈光不正是安全有效的.严格掌握手术适应证和手术时机是手术成功的关键.

abstractsObjective To investigate the efficacy of laser epithelial keratomileusis(LASEK) for the treatment of ametropia after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation.Methods Fifty-five eyes of 31 patients with ametropia were treated with LASEK 1 years after intraocular lens implantation.The visual acuity, dioptometry, corneal topography, corneal epithelium, haze and intraocular pressure were observed after LASEK.The follow-up time was more than 6 months.Results Expected refractive correction value was reached in 50 eyes (90.91%), in which 6 eyes retained part of spherical refractive power.The remaining spherical degree and mirror axis of 44 eyes were within ± 0.75D.The uncorrected visual acuity≥0.6 was in 47 eyes after surgery, in which 39 eyes of visual acuity was 0.8-1.0 (70.91%), 8 eyes was 0.4-0.5.Conclusion LASEK for ametropia after cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation is an effective and safe surgery.The key of the operation success is mastering the indications of operation and the timing of surgery.
