摘要目的 观察玻璃体切除术联合视网膜内界膜剥除术治疗高度近视黄斑视网膜劈裂症的临床效果.方法 对36例(42眼)进行玻璃体切除联合视网膜内界膜剥离术及玻璃体腔填充气体、硅油或平衡盐溶液.术后随访1年,观察手术效果.结果 患者黄斑中心区厚度、视力以及视功能相关的生存质量术前与术后的差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).3种内填充物术后视力均改善,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 玻璃体切除术联合视网膜内膜剥除术及玻璃体内填充术治疗高度近视黄斑视网膜劈裂症效果显著.

abstractsObjective To observe the efficacy of vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling for the treatment of high myopia macular retinoschisis.Methods Forty-two eyes of 36 patients were treated by vitrectomy combined with internal limiting membrane peeling and intravitreal tamponade of gas,silicone oil or balanced salt solution.All patients were followed up for 1 year.The efficacy was observed.Results The difference in the thickness of the macular area,the visual acuity and visual function related to the quality of life were statistically significant between preoperative and postoperative(P ＜ 0.05).The postoperative visual acuity of 3 kinds of intravitreal tamponade were improved.The differences were statistically significant among them (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The treatment of high myopia macular retinoschisis by vitrectomy combined with retinal internal limiting membrane peeling and intravitreal tamponade is effective.
