摘要目的 评价白内障过熟期所致晶状体溶解性青光眼的治疗效果.方法 对11例(11眼)晶状体溶解性青光眼行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术,术后随访观察手术效果.结果 11例手术均顺利完成.术后眼压均恢复正常.8例术后视力不同程度提高.3例过高的眼压致视神经损害,视力无提高.结论 晶状体溶解性青光眼行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘出并人工晶状体植入术,是安全有效的手术治疗方式,能及时降低眼压缓解疼痛,有效地保留视力.

abstractsObjective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of surgery for the treatment of phacolytic glaucoma caused by hypermature cataract.Methods Eleven eyes of 11 cases with phacolytic glaucoma caused by hypermature cataract were treated with small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation.The surgical efficacy was observed during the follow up time.Results All the surgeries were successful and the intraocular pressure after operation recovered well.BCVA of 8 cases were improved in a varying degrees.Three cases with optic nerve damage caused by high intraocular pressure for a long time did not improve the visual acuity.Conclusion The surgery of small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation for the treatment of phacolytic glaucoma is a safe and effective method.It can keep the visual acuity effectively,control the IOP and relieve the pain.
