摘要目的 观察光纤探针导航在陈旧性泪小管断裂吻合术中的应用的效果.方法 17例陈旧性泪小管断裂吻合术通过光纤探针找到泪小管鼻侧断端,插入泪道引流管,行泪小管吻合术;或行泪总管造口与泪小管颞侧断端吻合术.术后4～6个月后拔管,定期冲洗泪道,随访1～3年观察泪道通畅情况.结果 15例(88.24％)溢泪症状消失,2例(11.76％)溢泪症状明显减轻,术前5例内眦下移和3例泪点外翻全部得到矫正,总有效率达100.00％.结论 光纤探针导航是陈旧性泪小管断裂吻合术中寻找泪小管鼻侧断端简单而有效的方法.

abstractsObjective To observe the application efficacy of the optical fiber probe guidance in the treatment of anastomosis of old canalicular laceration.Methods Seventeen cases with old canalicular laceration were collected and their the nasal broken end of inferior lacrimal duct were discovered by means of optical fiber probe.The end-to-end anastomosis combined with lacrimal intubation stent were performed.Anastomosis of the proximal lacrimal canalicular end and common canaliculostomy was operated if the nasal broken end of inferior lacrimal canalicular was not found.Nasolacrimal intubation stent was removed 4-6 months after operation.All patients were followed up for 1-3 years,lacrimal passage irrigation was put at regular intervals.The unobstructed situation of the lacrimal passage was recorded and observed.Results After surgery,the epiphora symptoms disappeared in 15 cases(88.24％)and deceased in 2 cases(11.76％)obviously;5 cases of the inner canthus malformation and 3 cases of the lacrimal punctum eversion were corrected completely.The total effective rate was 100.00％.Conclusion The optical fiber probe guidance is a simple and effective technique for discovery of the nasal broken end and treatment of the old canalicular laceration.
