摘要目的 比较眶内容摘除术后畸形两种矫正手术的效果.方法 回顾性研究.1 例眶内容摘除术后畸形,进行游离皮肤瓣移植术,术后佩戴义眼效果欠佳,并导致植入皮肤破溃,再次手术,因无良好的血供,创口长期不愈合而导致手术几乎失败.另1 例眶内容摘除术后畸形,行带蒂颞肌瓣眶内移植术后,分期进行了结膜囊及眼睑畸形矫正术,术后连续观察4 年.结果 游离皮肤瓣植入易出现并发症,美容效果差.带蒂颞肌瓣移植,植入物稳定,眼睑畸形矫正后佩戴义眼,双眼基本一致.结论 带蒂颞肌瓣移植术是眶内容摘除术后畸形矫正简便可靠的手术方法.

abstractsObjective To compare the efficacy of two kinds of corrective surgery for deformity after exenteration of orbit.Methods A retrospective study.One case with deformity after orbit exenteration received free skin flap transplantation.After correction,the effect of wearing prosthesis was poor with skin burst.Without the blood supply and healing wound for long time lead to the second surgery failure.Another case received orbital temporal muscle flap transplantation,and then underwent staging operation of the conjunctiva and eyelid deformity correction.The follow-up time was 4 years after operation.Results The efficacy of free skin flap transplantation surgery was poor with many complications.The efficacy of pedicled temporal muscle flap transplantation surgery was better,implantation stability and with good cosmetic effect.Conclusion Pedicled temporal muscle flap transplantation is relatively simple and reliable.
