摘要角膜移植术(keratoplasty,KP)系治疗角膜疾病、改善外观、恢复解剖结构,并达到提高视力的一种治疗手段.外伤所致角膜植片与植床交接处创口裂开可使术眼视力严重损害、可合并眼部结构损伤及多种眼部并发症,应引起临床眼科医生的重视.本文总结外伤致角膜移植术创口裂开的临床特点、诊断、治疗、相关因素及防护,提高临床眼科医生与患者对角膜移植术后眼外伤的重视和防护.

abstractsKeratoplasty(KP) is a treatment for corneal disease. It can improve the appearance, restore the anatomical structure, and improve the visual acuity. Traumatic wound dehiscence is located in the host-graft junction after keratoplasty. The wound brings about severe visual damage, eye structure damage and a variety of complications. The clinical ophthalmologists should pay attention to it. This review summarizes the clinical features, diagnosis, treatment, related factors and protection of traumatic wound dehiscence after keratoplasty, in order to improve the attention and protection with eye trauma after keratoplasty for clinical ophthalmologists and patients.
