摘要目的 分析连续8年春节期间眼外伤住院患者的临床特点.方法 对2011至2018年春节期间住院眼外伤138例的临床资料进行回顾性分析,包括年龄分布、致伤原因、就诊时间、外伤类型及治疗效果.结果 连续8年春节住院的病人总计1436例,其中眼外伤138例(9.61％).单眼126例(91.3％),双眼12例(8.70％).男108例(78.26％),女30例(21.74％).年龄4～85岁,平均(50.26±17.24)岁.烟花、爆竹导致的爆炸伤43例(31.16％),为春节期间眼外伤主要原因,18～44岁为高危人群;治疗前(盲)视力<0.05有68眼(45.33％),治疗后减少至30眼(20.00％),2眼行眼球摘除手术(1.33％).结论 烟花爆竹为春节期间眼外伤主要原因,以18～44岁青年人群为主,严重损害视功能.

abstractsObjective To analyse the clinical characteristics of inpatients with ocular trauma in Spring Festival during 8 consecutive years. Methods The data of 138 inpatients with ocular trauma in Spring Festival during 2011-2018 were analyzed retrospectively. The age distribution, injury causes, time from injury to treatment,types of trauma and efficacy of treament were analyzed. Results There were 1436 inpatients during 8 consecutive years, and among them 138 patients (9. 61％ ) with ocular trauma were analyzed. There were 126 monocular patients(91. 3％ ) and 12 binocular patients(8. 70％ ). There were 108 males (78. 26％ ) and 30 females(21. 74％ ). The age range was 4 - 85 years, with average of (50. 26 ± 17. 24) years. Fireworks and crackers were the main cause of ocular trauma in 43 cases(31. 16％ ). The high-risk age group was 18 - 44 years. The visual acuity < 0. 05 was blind in 68 eyes (45. 33％ ) before treatment and 30 eyes(20. 00％ )after treatment. Two eyes (1. 33％ ) underwent enucleation. Conclusion Fireworks and crackers are the main causes of ocular trauma in Spring Festival. The high-risk age group is 18 - 44 years. Ocular trauma is great harm to visual function.
