激光共聚焦显微镜在蠕形螨检查中的应用
Application of laser scanning confocal microscope in examination of demodex mites
摘要目的:评价应用激光共聚焦显微镜检查眼部蠕形螨的作用。方法:回顾性研究。选取2018年11月至2019年1月在广州爱尔眼科医院被诊断为干眼的462例作为研究对象。对所有患者均使用普通光学显微镜检查眼部蠕形螨,随机选择20例普通光学显微镜检查眼部蠕形螨双眼阴性患者采用激光共聚焦显微镜检查眼部蠕形螨。观察两种眼部蠕形螨检查方法差异。结果:462例采用光学显微镜检查蠕形螨的干眼患者中,309例阳性,阳性率为66.88%(309/462)。眼部蠕形螨阴性患者经激光共聚焦显微镜检查后,有14例阳性,阳性率为70.00%(14/20)。两种方法阳性检出率差异有统计学意义( Z=3.742, P<0.05)。 结论:使用激光共聚焦显微镜检查眼部蠕形螨效果较好,有望作为临床眼部蠕形螨感染诊断的新方法。

abstractsObjective:To evaluate the effect of application of laser scanning confocal microscope in examination of ocular demodex mites.Methods:This was a retrospective study.A total of 462 patients with dry eye from Nov.2018 to Jan.2019 in Guangzhou Aier Eye Hospital were selected as the subjects.All patients were examined with ordinary optical microscope, and then 20 cases detected negative with optical microscope were examined with laser confocal microscope.The difference of the two methods was observed.Results:Among the 462 cases of dry eye who were examined with ordinary optical microsope, 309 cases were positive, and the positive rate was 66.88%(309/462). Twenty patients with negative ocular demodex mites were examined with ordinary optical microscope, 14 cases of them were positive with laser confocal microscope, and the positive detection rate was 70.00%(14/20). The difference between the two methods was statistically significant ( Z=3.742, P<0.05). Conclusion:The laser confocal microscopy is a better promising method for the diagnosis of ocular demodex mites infection.
