摘要目的:评价脱细胞牛心包补片联合睑板缩短术治疗下睑麻痹性睑外翻的效果。方法:回顾性病例系列研究。分析郑州市第七人民医院2016年6月至2020年6月下睑麻痹性睑外翻手术30例(30眼)的临床资料。患者均采用脱细胞牛心包补片的内侧于内眦韧带和睑缘内侧进行固定，补片的外侧于睑缘外侧进行固定，并且均联合应用睑板缩短术。随访6~24个月观察疗效。结果:术后存在2 mm或以上睑裂闭合不全者4例(13.33%)。巩膜暴露程度术前为(3.12±1.23)mm，术后减少至(-0.05±0.74)mm( t＝13.54， P＝0.001)；睑裂闭合不全术前为(6.18±1.86)mm，术后减少至(1.96±2.16)mm( t＝11.68， P＝0.002)。 结论:脱细胞牛心包补片联合睑板缩短术治疗下睑麻痹性睑外翻安全有效。

abstractsObjective:To evaluate the efficacy of acellular bovine periccardum patch combined with tarsal shortening for the treatment of paralytic ectropion of lower eye lid.Methods:This was a retrospective case serial eye study.The clinical data of 30 eyes of 30 patients with paralytic ectropion of lower eye lid from Jun. 2016 and Jun.2020 in Zhengzhou Seventh People’s Hospital were analyzed.All of the patients received acellular bovine pericardium patch combined with tarsal plate shortening for the correction of ectropion suspension.The acellular bovine pericardium patch with suitable size was fixed medially to the inner canthus ligament and nasal rim, and laterally to the temporal orbital rim.The efficacy were observed.Postoperative follow-up was 6-24 months.Results:There were 4 cases with lagophalmos of 2 mm or more after surgery.The scleral exposure degree was (3.12±1.23) mm preoperatively and (-0.05±0.74) mm postoperatively( t=13.54, P=0.001). The preoperative lagophthalmas was (6.18±1.86) mm and (1.96±2.16) mm postoperatively( t=11.68, P=0.002). Conclusion:Acellular bovine pericardium patch combined with tarsal plate shortening is safe and effective in the treatment of paralytic ectropion.
