Investigation and analysis on influencing factors of clinical teaching quality in non-affiliated hospitals
摘要为研究非直属附属医院临床教学质量的影响因素,采用德尔菲法对在非直属附属医院学习的学生、临床教师、医院教学管理人员和学校教学管理人员进行了调查分析,指出要提高临床教学质量,应着重于临床师资队伍建设、教学管理、学生教育和管理等方面的努力.

abstractsIn order to study the influencing factors of clinical teaching quality,students studying in non-affiliated hospitals,clinical teachers,teaching management personnel in hospitals and university were investigated as study subjects with Delphi Method.Suggestions were put forward that non-affiliated hospitals should improve the construction of the teaching staff,emphasize the teaching management,and strengthen students' education and management for improving clinical teaching quality in non-affiliated hospitals.
