摘要对我国普通高等医科院校毕业生质量跟踪调查评价的特点进行分析后,指出医科院校毕业研究生质量跟踪应实现制度化、规范化、常态化,需在行政部门、社会团体和培养单位密切配合下进行；应重视对不同届别毕业生的对比,应注重指标体系和调查内容的时代特色、单位特色、学科特色;并对调查评价的时机与对象、工作组织、评价方式、参与者的多样性及结果判定等问题进行了讨论,提出相应建议.

abstractsThis paper analyzes the characteristics of the follow-up quality survey and evaluation of medical graduate students in China.It raises that the follow-up quality survey of graduate students in medical schools should be institutionalized,standardized and normalized; the survey and evaluation should be conducted through close cooperation with the relevant departments and training units; comparative studies on graduates of different years should be conducted; and the indicator system and survey content should value the characteristics of times,training units and subjects; Finally,specific technical issues such as when and to whom the evaluation and survey should be conducted,survey arrangements,evaluation methods,the diversity of participants and determination of results are discussed and suggestions are put forward.
